KISS fans in Athens, Greece are holding a Tribute Night to KISS on December 16th, 2010! Tribute band SSIK is scheduled to perform, and KISS-related prizes will be given away.

The event will take place at Athens' popular rock nightclub, Revenge of Rock, 34 Aleksadras Avenue, Athens. Doors open at 11:00pm.

Crusade garnering national prominence for efforts to curtail bullying, teen suicide and achieve equality for all

Paul Stanley recently lent his support to The NOH8 Campaign, a photographic silent protest created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska and partner Jeff Parshley in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8.

Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths, symbolizing their voices being silenced by Prop 8 and similar legislation around the world, with "NOH8" painted on one cheek in protest.

According to co-founder Jeff Parshley, NOH8 was thrilled about "Paul Stanley lending his iconic face to the campaign."

Paul Stanley also recorded a number of public service announcements which will begin airing nationally over the next few weeks.

Gene Simmons Family Jewels Sunday at 9/8c on A&E

Gene Simmons is at it again. The legendary KISS performer, who also appeared in Celebrity Apprentice, returns with his reality series Gene Simmons: Family Jewels Sunday, December 5 at 9:00 PM on A&E. The show follows the everyday lives of Gene, his longtime partner Shannon Tweed and their children Nick and Sophie. The show has covered everything from Sophie's Sweet Sixteen to health scares to touring vs. everyday life.

This season takes on a more serious turn as Gene accompanies his mother to the Anne Frank house in Amsterdam. Many people have no idea that his mother was Anne's age when she was in a concentration camp, facing the very same terror that Anne faced herself. Gene and his mom have always been very close, and this special bonding moment will bring their relationship to a whole new level. As the two tour the house, we will learn more about their pasts and their family history. We will get a deeper look into who Gene really is as he faces his past and events that shaped him into the man he is today. He will have to come to terms with these events, but how will they impact his future? Gene will also spend time with a young man from Amsterdam, and I am advising you now to have your tissues ready! This episode will definitely make you cry.

Other fun things to expect this season include appearances by Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian, visits to Vegas, strip clubs, a visit to a sleep doctor and so much more.

BAND ROCKS OUT A TRIBUTE TO KISS

Jon bought his first KISS record at age six. Doug first picked up a guitar because of Ace Frehley's licks. Roger was a devotee of KISS comics as a kid, and Skip's seen them live 23 times.

"We're probably the four biggest KISS fans that live in this area," said Skip Dixxon, an Ocean Pines resident and founder of Rock Bottom, a KISS tribute band. "Everybody lives and breathes it."

And now, on the strength a killer set played recently at Dover Downs, Rock Bottom just signed with a national promoter. It could give them the opportunity to take their homage to their rock 'n' roll heroes on a potential worldwide tour -- if they're willing to quit their day jobs.
