Paul, My daughter and I went to the show in San Jacinto on 07/27 and were truly saddened to learn of your condition while we were waiting for the show to start. Your concern for the fans who came, even in your condition, just proves what everyone already knows- KISS is all about the fans- and the ARMY loves you guys for that! Dear KISS, THANK YOU for going on last night in San Jacinto, it meant a lot to me as well as many others in the sold out crowd. I\'m sure you were all quite rattled by Paul\'s cardiac event. You showed true professionalism and dedication last night. I appreciate you for turning out a unique concert experience. I saw you back in Hartford CT. during your \'79-80 World Tour. I must say that was the greatest concert of all time, especially for a 17 yr old. I came out to see you last night for my 45th birthday just for the hell of it. Dear Paul; It is hard to put into words how we all felt when we heard of your heart issues last night. I saw kiss at the Irvine medows in Ca. I was 4 row right in front of Gene. I had never seen kiss before Irvine medows & I see why you are the greatest front man alive.!!!! At Soboba Casino in San Jacinto, California, was my second show. The guys put on a hell of a show in your honor. You have givin us fans soo much of yourself never missing a show till now. As a fan I was taken back once I read what had happened to you Paul during the last stop of the \"Hit and Run\" tour. I sincerely hope a little rest will get you back on track and not prevent you from doing what you do best, performing and pleasing so many fans. Which leads into how amazing you and the entire band are. Not only for the music you produce but how that music has so many different feelings and memories for us fans. I can honestly say since seeing the band take the stage in the Sault friends and I who were in attendance left that evening wanting more and hoping for another tour in the near future. But as fans and people we understand one\'s health comes first at this point.Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Get well soon STAR CHILD!

Paul First to you, BET WELL and Gods speed to a full quick recovery. Kiss I am a Marine at Camp Pendleton California and have been in for 19 yrs. I am a single father of three young men and still able to do what I enjoy most being a U. S. Marine and to serve my country for all that it has done for me. After all this time my son and I was able to go to your concert at Soboba last night with my oldest son. Even with the sickness that Paul fell ill to you were able to make a long time dream come true for me by sitll performing for me and the fans. You were still a team even in Pauls absence wich meant alot to me because that is how we are in the Marines, if we were to loose one of our own for any reason (we go on and do as we have to to accomplish our mission). It shows great dedication to us the fans and it shows that you truely care about us. I did see you at the concert for Heros after OIF II however your performance was shortend due to the other bands playing for extend times. So when I had this chance to see a full concert I jumped on it. I retire next year and only hope that I will be able to see you again with my younger twins this time. Kiss you truely are America\'s and the world\'s band and for ever will be. You guys are truley dedicated to the fans and what you do. Keep on rocking and Gods speed to you all.

Gene, Paul, Eric and Tommy, I took my family to see you in person at Soboba. After listening to your music and seeing your videos all of these years, they were really looking forward to seeing you in person. Even though I had already seen a couple of KISS concerts in the past, it still felt as if this was the first one, and I was very greatfull to be there with you again. When the news came that Paul was ill, our hearts sank. To us, the health of each of you is far more important than seeing a show. So, when you announced that the show would still go on, it was with mixed emotions. Although we never stopped thinking of you Paul, we greatly appreciated and enjoyed the show. I\'m now here at Disneyland with my family after last night at Soboba. I wanted to let Paul know NOTHING is more important to me than your health, you have nothing to be worried about so what if you disappointed a few people. I have loved kiss for 33 yrs. I was just a little girl when my own grandfather fell dead at my feet from a heart attack. I just got home a bit ago, and I find out that I almost lost one of My child hood Heroes. I can\'t begin to explain how I felt to learn about Paul\'s Heart episode. I had the awesome honor of seeing you guys in Sault Ste. Marie.Thank you for an incredible show.It was so amazing.Everyone had such an awesome amount of energy.Every time I get to go to a show the excitement and anticipation grows more and more. I know that I am in for the the tome of my life. I was in the 5th row in Milwaukee a couple of years ago and thought nothing could top that experience but that Michigan show was OUTSTANDING!Thank you so much and I love you guys a ton. KISS is the best band ever!Thank for all the many years of the greatest music ever. With that being said, I was very sad to hear about your recent health problems Paul.Thank you for posting a message about how you are doing.It helps put me at ease a little now.I wish you all of the best and a super speedy recovery.You have a beautiful voice like no other in the world and you are a very special person.You have a huge amount of talent.We had planned to go to see you in Milwaukee for your solo tour and unfortunately it was cancelled.I would have loved to see you in the worst way but your health has got to be number one.I love you(even though I don\'t know you)so much and hope to see you back on stage as soon as you are totally healthy.GET WELL SOON!!!!

There is a certain amount of respect that one earns when called to duty and at last nights Soboba show that goes to Gene, Eric and Tommy. The show was destined to be a great success but with the unfortunate illness that frontman Paul Stanley endured it turned out to be a whole different night. I live in San Jacinto as was more than thrilled that KISS was playing no more than 7 miles from my house. I even upgraded to more expensive seats to ensure that the event was to be memorable, and that it was. It started like any other summer night in this one horse town, hot, stinky and forgetable. Then the circus rolled into town and brought with it a cast of characters that only hollywood could dream up. The arena itself is out in the middle of nothing and the casino that occupies the space is straight out of 1976. The people as well. But the KISS show was going to change all that for San Jacinto, instead it showed us that life happens to all of us and that we can either roll up into a ball and pretend it will go away or we can step up to the plate and give it our all. The show was over an hour late and when it finally looked to be on it\'s way Doc Mcgee came out to announce that the show was not what we came to see. Gene then came out and asked if we wanted to go home or just let the night play out unscripted. I\'m glad it played out unscripted because it let everyone there know that when handed a decision you have choices but the right one you make is the one that matters the most. So of course Gene, Eric and Tommy forged ahead and delivered what was one of the best shows I have seen from KISS. You got all the KISS treatments just minus Paul. And though without him you can see and hear what is missing the three of them still peformed as though he was there. Now last nights show could of really become a Spinal Tap moment and at one point I thought it did. Off to the side was a Paul Stanley look alike and I thought, \" Oh God its just like KISS Meets the Phantom they have a Paul robot standing in the wings but thankfully it didn\'t happen and Gene did all the singing. On a side note everyone now knows what a Gene Simmons solo show would be like. But aside from the horrible traffic, and the hot sticky backdrop of San Jacinto this was a night I\'m glad I was there to witness. And thank you Gene,Eric and Tommy for stepping up and giving us what we payed for, 3/4 of a KISS show that was 100% right on!!

My husband and I saw the KISS performance last night at Soboba Casino in San Jucinto. Gene, Eric and Tommy did a wonderful job of rocking the house . . . but Paul, you were sorely missed by both the band and the fans. Godspeed your recovery!! We\'re pulling for you.
