This photo was taken 3 years ago on the island of Pag in Croatia. Pag in a small town with only 4000 citizens. Every summer there is a Summer Carnival, and that year we won 1st prize!!

It was total improvisation, but everyone was so into their roles that we were simply the best!!

COME CELEBRATE PAUL STANLEY

The Dayton KISS Fan Expo returns next Saturday Oct. 11 with a Tribute to Paul Stanley!! To celebrate the October release of Paul's concert DVD, 'ONE LIVE KISS', the Dayton KISS Expo will honor Paul throughout the day!

And what better way to honor our main man then to show his amazing new concert film, 'ONE LVE KISS'! Paul Stanley has authorized a special preview screening of his new concert movie, ‘PAUL STANLEY* ONE LIVE KISS’ for this Expo event. The feature length movie was shot during Paul’s sold out ‘Live To Win’ solo tour of America in 2006, capturing the power and intensity of Paul’s legendary songwriting and showmanship at full throttle! The movie will be shown in its entirety, in High Definition on a large screen.

Director Louis Antonelli will introduce the screening, and do a Q&A with the audience following the movie. Antonelli recently told KOL, “ These fullscreenings of the movie are very special, they will give fans a chance to see this highly anticipated film in a unique, entertaining way! In the past when we have done previews of scenes from the film it was great because fans felt like they were at the concert right in the front row singing along with Paul, cheering, and doing their all to SHOUT IT OUT LOUD! Seeing the movie like that with a packed house of the great KISS ARMY is a very immediate ‘live’ experience! I’ve had fans tell me many times now that watching the movie that way made everyone feel Paul was right in the room rocking with them!”

As a bonus for celebrating with us, EVERYONE attending the event will receive a 'ONE LIVE KISS' collectible Laminate and other special surprises!! Requires paid admission.

HIS PAINTBRUSH DOES THE ROCKIN'

Perhaps it was inevitable. Paul Stanley -- known for wearing red lipstick, white foundation and a black star over his right eye -- has transferred his makeup skills to canvas. The Kiss frontman has a booming art career, to the tune of $2 million in sales last year, and will visit the D.C. area next week when his paintings go on display at Wentworth Gallery in Tysons Galleria.

"Art has been a means to connect with myself emotionally and to kind of mirror, I guess, whatever's been going on inside of me or outside of me," Stanley, 56, said in a phone interview from ...Full Story

BALTIMORE FAN EXPO RETURNS

The 2008 Baltimore KISS Fan Expo will take place next Sunday, October 5 at the Pikesville Hilton Hotel. This year's Special Guest is Bruce Kulick. Bruce will be at the event all day signing autographs and taking photos. KISS tribute band Love Gun will perform live, and KISS merchandise & collectibles will be on sale throughout the day.

MUSIC STUDENTS' TRIBUTE TO KISS

Hi Eric,

I wrote you a few months back for some words of Inspiration for our students for our tribute to KISS. The Kids and audience responded with much cheering and applause as we read off your message. Thanks again.

Just after we performed our show, our All Star Band got an opportunity perform one of our songs from the show at an 7000 seat arena (our second Arena show this year). With only two rehearsals we got up and had the time of our lives.

This unique event will be the first time the movie will be exhibited on a massive 50 foot theater screen in stunning High Definition Digital Cinema with full Dolby Digital concert sound!
