Last night at Brisbane KISS blew the roof off a full house. The KISS ARMY was out in force with many multi-generational families in attendance and they were no disappointed. KISS were ALIVE and on fire as they assaulted the crowd with their no holds barred rock and roll.
Tearing through a classic KISS set list, the crowd were on their feet the entire night. For nearly 2 hours the band and the KISS Army were as one. Gene was menacing on bass and his blooded soaked tongue wept the crowd into a frenzy. Paul was dancing all over the stage, making sure every fan felt as though he was there for them personally. Eric was pounding those drums like their was no tomorrow, and Tommy... with a near deafening roar of Tommy chants across the arena, lit up the crowd as he blazed his way through Shock Me with an awesome solo included. The band were in great spirits the whole night as smiles lit up their faces while they interacted with the KISS Army!
For the new generations of KISS fans, it was a night where they were truly captured by the magic of KISS and could experience first hand what their parents had told them about for so long. The seasoned veterans of the KISS ARMY could relive their past and look on with pride as their siblings experienced one of the best nights of their lives.
