Staples Supports LA KISS Business Operations to Make Pro Football Happen in Los Angeles
LA KISS football team debuts with help from Staples
Staples, Inc. helped KISS frontmen Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley make pro football happen in Los Angeles by supplying the LA KISS corporate office with everything needed to launch the business operations of the new LA KISS arena football team.
“We were thrilled that Staples had everything needed to kick-off the business side of running the LA KISS football team,” said Gene Simmons, owner, LA KISS. “Staples had a huge assortment that ranged from our LA KISS letterhead to technology, furniture and cleaning and breakroom supplies.”
When the Staples delivery truck arrived at LA KISS headquarters, Simmons and his team took a moment to greet the Staples team and then returned to making their football dreams happen.
“At Staples, we’re adding thousands of products every day to make it easy for our customers to make more happen,” said Steve Fund, senior vice president, global marketing, Staples. “Through our expanded product assortment on Staples.com, we had everything a football team in Los Angeles needed to get started, except the team.”
The product donation from Staples included: technology (computers, tablets, speakers, monitors), furniture (chairs, tables, lamps), office products (clipboards, binders, rulers, pens, batteries), as well as cleaning and breakroom supplies (water, snacks, coffee, cleaning products).
The heavily anticipated home opener for LA KISS arena football is set for April 5th at Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. Additionally, LA KISS turned to Staples Promotional Products for 40,000 KISS/LA KISS themed bobble heads for a limited edition collector’s item series that will be featured during select home games this season.
