IN LONDON: A DREAM COME TRUE
WIREIMAGE / KOL FAN LETTER
A dream come true... Tonight Kiss performed for an audience of 800 fans in the 02 Islington Academy in London. A club barely big enough for local bands now had the hottest band in the world KISS playing as if it was an arena.

Besides the confetti during Rock and Roll all Night, the band used no additional special effects. What you got was the bare naked truth: no blood, no fire, no explosives. And guess what, the band didn't need it at all. A show like this shows how good KISS currently is.

After opening with Modern Day Delilah, the band continued to play old and new classics in high tempo. No breaks, no individual solos. If only there would be a formula to do more of these gigs besides the big arena show...

What a very special evening! Out of the 50+ KISS shows I've, this was the most special. Almost better than a meet and greet.

Thanks KISS!

Rutger

ROCKED O2 ACADEMY!
KISSONLINE
KISS blew the roof off the O2 academy tonight! The band was on fire, ripping through a ferocious set for the 800 lucky fans in attendance!

Words do not do enough justice to express how TINY this venue is, and the KISS Army packed it seemingly beyond capacity! It was wall-to-wall KISS fans, singing and screaming at the tops of their lungs. The guys clearly enjoyed themselves on stage tonight, and it was a rare treat to see KISS in such an intimate setting!

Stay tuned for more photos from tonight's show...

SOUNDCHECK PHOTOS FROM O2 ACADEMY
KISSONLINE
KISSonline was lucky enough to be at tonight's soundcheck at O2 Academy in London! If tonight was any indication of what the audience can expect tomorrow night, KISS is going to destroy the 02 when the KISS Army packs this small club! The extended soundcheck was extra-long, with the band tearing through 16 songs, including "Say Yeah," "Calling Dr. Love," and "100,000 Years!" The band was clearly in good spirits, joking around on stage, and it was so much fun to watch them work out how to do their signature moves in such a small space, especially with regard to "Black Diamond" and "Deuce!"

KLITSCHKO ROCKS WITH
BILD.DE
By THOMAS DIERENGA
Translated for KISSONLINE

The gentlemen are a little older. Since 1974 they have sold approximately 80 million records.

They are called The Demon, The Starchild, The Spaceman and The Cat. They are known under the band name KISS. And their stage show is as addicting as crack ...

Just like Vladimir Klitschko (33.) KISS gave him an order: Rock "Fast Eddie" out!

The boxing world champion met the hard rockers at "Wetten, dass ..?" in Erfurt.

Guitarist Paul Stanley and bass player Gene Simmons (with the long tongue) identified themselves as Klitschko fans since the last time the double Champs visited the United States.

Stanley handed Klitschko his battered Washburn guitar, stating: "Do the same with Eddie Chambers!"

"Fast" Eddie Chambers won the World Cup in Hamburg, fighting with a win over Universum fighter Carl Froch. Now, the AMI calls Klitschko on March 20 in the Dusseldorf Arena(live, RTL.)

MORE ON "HALLO DEUTSCHLAND!"
HALLO DEUTSCHLAND
Today's episode of Germany's "Hallo Deutschland" contained even more footage from KISS' appearance on "Wetten, Dass..?" The show went behind-the-scenes with fans as they formed a giant live KISS logo, interviewed the band, and also showed what happened to Paul's guitar, smashed at the end of KISS' performance...

Heavyweight world champion boxer Vladimir Klitschko proudly took it home... autographed by the entire band!

Here's the clip!
